Ingredients

  • 52 oz ultra-pasteurized milk
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt with active cultures

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and yogurt to the Instant Pot and whisk until combined.
  2. Cover the Instant Pot with a glass lid or remove the seal from the lid.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to the yogurt function for 8 hours (or up to 10 hours for tangier yogurt).
  4. Once done, remove the lid and cover the pot with a glass lid or silicone lid.
  5. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.
