Instructions
- Heat the milk in a medium pot to between 108°-112°F.
- Place the yogurt starter in the mason jar.
- Add ½ cup of heated milk into the starter, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the remainder of the milk into the mason jar, stirring well.
- Transfer the mason jar into the yogurt maker.
- Leave the mason jar uncovered and cover the yogurt maker.
- Ferment for 24 hours for SCD compliant yogurt.
- Serve the yogurt.
