Homemade Yogurt

plain yogurt (Fage Greek for starter)
Instructions
- 1. Pour milk into a high-sided saucepan and heat until it boils (180 degrees).
- 2. Remove from heat and allow the milk to cool to lukewarm (110 degrees).
- 3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with some of the milk and whisk until smooth.
- 4. Add the remaining milk to the mixture and whisk until combined.
- 5. Pour the mixture into the yogurt maker jars and follow the maker's instructions, resting for 10-12 hours.
- 6. Chill the yogurt in the fridge with lids on the jars.
