Instructions
- Combine jackfruit, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices in a large pot.
- Cook jackfruit over medium-high heat for 30-45 minutes until tender.
- Stir occasionally and add water as needed to achieve a pulled chicken consistency.
- Prepare fries and other ingredients while jackfruit cooks.
- Toss fries with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
- Transfer fries to a serving dish.
- Top fries with jackfruit and other prepared toppings.
- Serve immediately with tzatziki.
