Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and mix until blended.
- Whisk together flour and baking soda, then add to the dough and mix until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and mix quickly with a spatula.
- Portion the dough into balls weighing about 1 oz each and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Place the dough balls on the baking sheets, spaced about 4 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack.
