Instructions
- Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise, then adding the remaining ranch ingredients.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the buffalo sauce and honey until smooth.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands, then form into balls using a tablespoon scoop.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- Remove excess oil from the pan, return the meatballs, and add the buffalo sauce, simmering until heated through.
- Serve with the homemade ranch or blue cheese.
