Buffalo Sauce

Instructions
- Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Use a disher or spoons to portion out and roll the mixture into uniform balls.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil to coat the bottom.
- Cook the meatballs in a single layer until browned, then turn to brown all sides.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a plate and repeat with remaining mixture.
- Wipe the skillet clean, return to heat, and whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Cook the sauce until bubbly, then reduce heat and add the meatballs, cooking until thickened.
- Serve drizzled with ranch dressing and alongside celery sticks and blue cheese.
