Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine green beans, mushrooms, and walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Spray the mixture with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and stir in truffle oil, if using.
