Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- 2. In a separate measuring cup, whisk together the buttermilk, water, egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- 3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Set aside.
