Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the yogurt and mix until a dough ball forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide it into four segments.
- Roll each segment into a rope and cut into bite-sized pieces, yielding 4 dozen bites.
- Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the baking soda.
- Coat the dough bites in the boiling water using a slotted spoon, then place them on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
