Easy Soft Pretzel

Instructions
- Combine all dough ingredients in a large bowl and knead for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a 50 cm rope, twist the ends twice, and flip them onto the middle section.
- Boil 750 ml of water with 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda.
- Boil each shaped pretzel dough for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the pretzels and let them rest on baking paper for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with sea rock salt.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the pretzels for 15-20 minutes.
