Pulled Pork Cheeseburger

Ingredients

The Burger

  • 4 oz hamburger patties
  • 4 pieces hamburger rolls
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 oz bleu cheese

The Pulled Pork

  • 8 oz pulled pork
  • 4 tbsp barbecue sauce

Seasoning

  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 450 - 500 degrees F.
  2. Brush the patties with Worcestershire sauce and season with sea salt and black pepper, then refrigerate.
  3. Heat the pulled pork in a small pan with a little water to keep it moist.
  4. Place the patties on the grill, season side down, and cook for 4 minutes before flipping.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill while the burgers finish cooking.
  6. Add a slice of cheese on top of each burger when they are almost done and allow it to melt.
  7. Remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  8. Assemble the cheeseburgers with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, and bleu cheese crumbles.
