Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 450 - 500 degrees F.
- Brush the patties with Worcestershire sauce and season with sea salt and black pepper, then refrigerate.
- Heat the pulled pork in a small pan with a little water to keep it moist.
- Place the patties on the grill, season side down, and cook for 4 minutes before flipping.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill while the burgers finish cooking.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of each burger when they are almost done and allow it to melt.
- Remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
- Assemble the cheeseburgers with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, and bleu cheese crumbles.
