Instructions
- Break the ground beef into chunks in a large bowl.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning, and mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into patties and top each with an additional tbsp of seasoning.
- Heat a gas grill to high or a cast iron grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Cook each patty for 2-3 minutes on each side, then flip, add cheese, and cover to melt the cheese.
- Remove the burgers from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your preferred condiments.
