Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 8 patties, making an indentation in the center of each.
- Prepare the grill for direct heat and cook the burgers until they reach the desired internal temperature, flipping halfway.
- Grill the red peppers until charred on both sides.
- Remove burgers and peppers from the grill and let them rest while toasting the buns.
- Assemble the burgers with a patty on the bottom bun, add mayo, grilled peppers, tomato, and arugula, then top with bacon jam.
