Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Combine the ground beef and blue cheese crumbles, mixing well.
- 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- 4. Sprinkle blackened seasoning over all sides of each patty, rubbing it into the surface.
- 5. Grill the patties to your desired doneness, flipping as needed.
- 6. In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and blue cheese dressing, stirring until coated.
- 7. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, add a cooked burger, and top with ΒΌ cup of coleslaw before closing with the other half of the bun.
