Instructions
- Prepare the compound butter by mixing softened butter with minced parsley, shallot, and crumbled blue cheese, then refrigerate.
- Prepare the mushrooms and onions by scraping out the gills from the mushrooms, dipping them in salad dressing, and grilling them along with the onions until charred.
- Mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, Montreal Steak Seasoning, and crumbled blue cheese, then form into patties.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness.
