Ingredients

The burgers

  • 1 pound American Kobe Beef or grass fed beef

  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

The grilled portobello mushrooms

  • 3 medium portobello mushrooms
  • 4 ounces onion, sliced into rings
  • ΒΌ cup low carb Italian salad dressing

The compound butter (optional)

  • 1 ounce stick butter, very soft
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced shallot

Instructions

  1. Prepare the compound butter by mixing softened butter with parsley, shallot, and blue cheese, then refrigerate.
  2. Marinate the portobello mushrooms and onion in salad dressing, then grill them until cooked.
  3. Mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, Montreal Steak Seasoning, and blue cheese, then form into patties.
  4. Grill the patties to your desired doneness.
