Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • ½ small white or yellow onion, diced (about ⅓ cup)
  • 2 dill pickles diced
  • ½ tbsp dijon mustard
  • juice of half small lemon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Serve immediately as a sandwich, wrap, or with crackers.
  4. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
