Instructions
- Layer the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced onions on top of the kielbasa and sprinkle with the sweetener if using.
- Dump the drained sauerkraut and diced tomatoes into the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
- Cook on Low for 4-6 hours or on High for 2-3 hours.
