Slow Cooker Sausage, Cabbage, and Potatoes

Instructions
- Melt butter with olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onions until softened, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in potatoes, sausage, salt, oregano, and pepper, cooking until the sausage begins to brown.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker, add water, and cover.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add cabbage and red bell peppers.
- Serve warm.
