  4. Stir the ingredients slightly to combine, ensuring the sausage is nestled into the cabbage.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  6. After cooking, stir to combine, adjust seasonings if necessary, and top with chopped parsley before serving.
