Instructions
- Slice the cabbage in half and remove the core, then slice into smaller strips.
- Heat a Dutch oven or large pot on medium-high heat.
- Add the butter and sliced sausage, cooking for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic.
- Add the sliced cabbage and broth to the pot.
- Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, cooking for 15-30 minutes based on desired tenderness.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
