Instructions
- Cut the cabbage in half and slice it into thin ribbons, discarding the core.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and butter.
- Once the butter melts, add the cabbage, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 10 to 15 minutes until tender and browned.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with thyme.
