Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Cook for 2 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and continue to cook, tossing, until most of the liquid evaporates and the cabbage is tender and browned, about 6 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve.
