Sauteed Cabbage

Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into quarters, remove the core, and slice it thinly into shreds.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the pan, sautéing for 10-15 minutes until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
- If using, reduce heat and stir in butter and/or balsamic vinegar during the last minute or two of cooking.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
