Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the crust ingredients and press into the pan, then bake until lightly browned.
- Poke holes in the warm crust to help the filling adhere.
- Sift the sugar and flour for the filling, then whisk in the eggs, lemon juice, and zest.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake until set.
- Cool the bars at room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper, dust with sugar, and cut into squares.
