Epic Black Bean Burger

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the black beans evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until slightly dried.
- If cooking in the oven, increase the temperature to 375°F.
- Blend the walnuts in a food processor until a semi-fine texture is achieved.
- In a skillet, sauté the avocado oil, onion, jalapeños, and garlic over medium heat for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Transfer the sautéed mixture to a bowl and blot out excess oil with paper towels.
- Add all ingredients except the black beans to the food processor with the walnuts and blend until just combined.
- Add the baked beans and blend again, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Form the mixture into patties, about ⅓ cup each, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes, or cook in a greased skillet for 10 minutes on each side.
- Serve on a brioche bun with desired toppings.
