Homemade Black Bean Burger

Instructions
- Rinse and drain the black beans.
- Combine black beans, red onion, garlic, cilantro, sriracha, mayonnaise, cumin, soy sauce, and pepper in a food processor and pulse until mixed but chunky.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the egg and breadcrumbs, mixing until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Serve the patties in buns with your favorite toppings.
