Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips, coconut milk, and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Stir in the ground espresso until combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2-3 hours.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Optionally, roll the balls in chopped hazelnuts, coconut flakes, or cocoa powder.
