Instructions
- Brown the bacon and sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Drain excess fat, leaving a couple of tablespoons for flavor.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, then add garlic, chicken broth, cauliflower, and oregano.
- Stir to combine, cover, and reduce heat to medium, cooking for 15 minutes until cauliflower is soft.
- Uncover and add heavy cream, kale, salt, and pepper, cooking until kale wilts.
- Cool before serving.
