Instructions
- Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add rice, bay leaf, butter, and salt, then stir and return to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until the water evaporates and the rice is soft.
- Remove the bay leaf and add cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice.
- Adjust salt to taste and serve.
