Instructions
- Combine the microgreens and sliced radishes in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Shake or whisk to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
