Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce

Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours, checking occasionally.
- If the sauce is too watery, remove the lid to allow some liquid to evaporate.
- Remove thyme and oregano stems before serving.
- Serve over pasta or as a dip.
