Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by peeling off the outer leaves, slicing it in half, removing the core, and shredding it thinly.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the cabbage with salt until translucent and soft, then let it cool.
- Mix the ground pork, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sliced green onion, and shredded carrot in a bowl.
- Add the cooled cabbage to the pork mixture and combine thoroughly, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Prepare your workspace with water for sealing the wrappers, a surface for folding, and a plate for the finished pot stickers.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrappers, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, fold diagonally, and seal the edges.
- Bring water and bouillon to a boil, then cook half of the pot stickers until they float, about 7 minutes, and drain them.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat and spray with non-stick spray, then pan-fry the pot stickers until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
