Instructions
- Mix flour with water and knead until soft, then divide and roll into cylinders.
- Cut the dough into pieces, roll into balls, and flatten into round wrappers.
- Combine potsticker sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix.
- Mix filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Place filling in the center of each wrapper, moisten edges, and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan, arrange potstickers, and pan-fry until golden brown.
- Add water, cover the pan, and steam until water evaporates, then cook on low for an additional minute.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
