Instructions
- Cook the filling by sautéing the diced acorn squash, green cabbage, and green onions in oil until softened.
- Add white pepper, salt, chili sauce, vinegar, minced ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to the mixture and cook for an additional minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and combine it with the ground pork and additional salt.
- Assemble the potstickers by placing a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper and sealing the edges with pleats.
- In a skillet, heat oil and cook the potstickers until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam the potstickers for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes before serving with the dipping sauce.
