Instructions
- Combine the pork, egg, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper, and green onion in a bowl and mix well.
- Lay out wonton wrappers and place about a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each. Wet the edges, bring corners to the center, and pinch to seal.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the bottom of the potstickers until browned.
- Increase heat to high, add water or stock, cover, and cook until the liquid is almost absorbed and potstickers are tender.
- Whisk together chili oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes for the dipping sauce.
- Serve potstickers with the chili oil dipping sauce.
