Sriracha Honey Butter

Instructions
- Whisk together the BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cilantro to make the Hawaiian BBQ sauce.
- Toss the chicken in a ziplock bag with ¼ cup of the BBQ mixture.
- Prepare the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil and grill for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Transfer skewers to a plate and brush with sriracha honey butter.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
