Healthy Cookie Bites

almond meal (ground almonds)

chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the vanilla and softened coconut oil.
- In another bowl, whisk together the oats, almond meal, shredded coconut, cinnamon, salt, chocolate, and baking powder.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed, noting that the dough will be loose.
- Form small balls of dough with your hands and place them 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 14 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
- Let the cookies cool for about 20 minutes to set.
