Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, peeled

  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, oats, almond milk, cinnamon, baking powder, sea salt, and chocolate chips or raisins to the mashed bananas and stir to combine.
  4. Use a tablespoon to scoop rounded amounts of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
