Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bites

Instructions
- 1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl and mix in the baking soda, baking powder, salt, flaxseed, vanilla extract, almond butter, agave nectar, and olive oil until well combined.
- 2. Stir in the whole wheat pastry flour and rolled oats until the mixture is wet and sticky, adding more oats if it appears runny.
- 3. Fold in most of the chocolate chips and refrigerate the batter for 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 4. Scoop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart, and press down slightly.
- 5. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and/or turbinado sugar if desired.
- 6. Bake for 10-11 minutes until set, then let cool slightly on a rack before serving.
