No Bake Banana Bread Bites with Bourbon

Instructions
- Grind the banana chips lightly in a food processor and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and almond butter to the bowl and mix well.
- Gradually add honey and mix until combined. If the mixture is too runny, add more almond flour.
- Incorporate bourbon and vanilla, mixing well with your hands.
- Chill the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Once set, roll the batter into 1-1.5 inch balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 20-30 minutes.
- Dust with coconut sugar and extra cinnamon if desired, then transfer to a sealed container.
