Strawberry Pancake Dippers

Instructions
- Prepare your pancake batter according to the recipe and/or package directions, and set aside.
- Slice the tops off the strawberries and cut them into ½ inch slices.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Dip each strawberry slice into the pancake batter until fully coated.
- Place the coated strawberries into the hot pan and cook for approximately two minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Dust the cooked pancake dippers with powdered sugar.
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping, and enjoy!
