Butterscotch Banana Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, spraying coconut oil in the dish first.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract until mostly smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Fold in the butterscotch chips, reserving a few for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle the reserved butterscotch chips on top.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Let cool, slice into 12 squares, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
