Cranberry Chicken Salad with Apples

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, then remove and set aside.
- Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium-low heat until they give off a toasted aroma, about 5-6 minutes.
- Prep the remaining ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve over a bed of greens and garnish as desired.
