Buttermilk Waffles with Chocolate

Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in one bowl.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- 3. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. Stir in the chopped chocolate.
- 4. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly brush it with oil.
- 5. Pour about ¾ cup of batter for each waffle and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- 6. Keep cooked waffles warm in an oven set to 300°F while cooking the remaining batter.
