Instructions
- Lay collard leaves flat on a cutting board and spread hummus in the center of each leaf.
- Stack avocado slices, bell pepper slices, cucumber, cabbage, carrot, and alfalfa sprouts on top.
- Fold the ends of the leaves in and roll them like a burrito.
- Slice each wrap in half.
