Easy Keto Low-Carb Fathead Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 60 seconds.
- Stir in almond flour; if too thick, microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener.
- Roll the dough into a cylinder and slice into 6 equal pieces.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For the icing, mix powdered sweetener and almond milk until smooth and drizzle over the rolls.
