30-Minute Sesame Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. Toss the sweet potatoes with vegetable oil, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
- 4. Increase the heat to 400°F and roast for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown, stirring as needed.
- 5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- 6. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with sesame oil and tahini, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add cilantro.
- 7. Serve immediately.
