Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them into thin wedges.
- Arrange the sweet potato wedges in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup (if using), garlic powder, and red chili flakes.
- Drizzle the sesame soy glaze over the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
